Bought on a whim in the summer of 2000 at a small bike shop in Montreal's Little Italy, she is a Mikado De Champlain, the cheapest touring bike I could find, but also the most expensive bike i could afford at the time. The Millenium Faclon (MilF, for short) has seen a lot of action over the years. She has flown dozens of times and has seen the cargo holds of buses, trains and ships. The tires and chain have been replaced innumerable times, and her drive train, brakes and wheels have been replaced multiple times. In fact, the only original part left is the sturdy Chromoly frame and dropped handlebars!:
