Collective Fields, Holography and RG Flows in dS/CFT

We discuss how bilocal collective fields of Sp(N) vector models naturally lead to a higher spin theory in de Sitter space. We then use this insight to uncover general properties of renormalization group flows in any proposal for dS/CFT regardless of the detailed model.
